Dressing Your Table for Thanksgiving

I still have Thanksgiving on the mind, and wanted to share some
beautiful table setting ideas...so let's Give Thanks in style!

I was in Target and some other similar stores last week and ALL the fall decor was on sale for 75% and even 90% off.... check your local stores this week to find discounted items to complement your Thanksgiving table or stock up for next year's Fall decor!

Be creative and use your everyday items in an unexpected way.  Incorporate your everyday dinnerware with some Fall favorites.  Adding a square amber-colored plate to these everyday white dishes creates an elegant twist.  Topped off with a bright green apple adds a beautiful, finished touch!

Adding height and layering are two key ideas to creating any stylish table!  Candles, centerpieces, and glasses, are great ways to add height and drama to your table.  It creates a three dimensional and interesting look.  Secondly, add layers.  Layer your dishes with a charger, dinner plate, salad plate, soup bowl, napkin, and top it off with a place card or apple/pear.  Use this same idea when creating your centerpiece with ghords, pumpkins, and branches.

Lastly, add texture and pattern to your Thanksgiving table.  By including a bold plate or patterned napkin to your simple white place setting, brings the entire look to the next level...it instantly creates a chic and sophisticated look!
